Outdoor playtime should be in sync with the weather conditions:

Children often love playing football in the rains and “games period” is the one they look forward to the most in school. Sports are very beneficial to your child's overall development. However if it's raining too harsh, students must be prevented from going outdoors and encouraged to play indoor games such as carrom, chess, table tennis, etc.

Intake foods which help boost immunity:

Children should be capable of fighting and resisting diseases and leafy vegetables are the ones that help us the most. Intake of foods such as yogurt, citrus fruits, broccoli, spinach will improve your child’s immunity. Avoid touching your eyes:

In today’s times, all of us are often glued to our phones, tablets, computers or television. We should refrain from touching our eyes with dirty hands or after spending long hours in front of electronics. Eye infections like stye, dry eyes, etc are very common. Proper precautionary measures should be taken to avoid the same.

Stop nail biting:

Some of us do have this bad habit of biting nails unconsciously. Nails should be well trimmed and keptshort so that there is no space for the bacteria to accumulate. On biting nails, the dirt often makes its way to the stomach and causes several diseases. If your child doesn’t stop biting nails, apply some neem on their nails and let it dry. The bitter taste will compel them to remove their finger from their mouth. This is probably one of the best Monsoon Tips For Students.
