WICKED – Annual Concert

Y B Chavan Centre in Mumbai came alive with the sound of music, claps and cheering parents as the senior learners of JBCN International school, Parel put up a highly successful Broadway musical, “Wicked” which is an adapted tale from the Wizard of Oz.

The concert involved a lot of planning and selection of cast,props and backdrops. Everyone put their heads and heart together to make the concert nostalgic for all. The budding talents seemed to have gotten into the skin of the characters they were playing and the props aided in creating the mystical atmosphere. The play was lucid and simple to reach everyone yet refined to reflect the intellect standard of the children and school. In all, the concert was a delightful treat for the eye. It was truly amazing to see a cast of hundred plus learners perform to perfection.
