Our careers counselling services aim to empower learners for lifelong success by focusing on personal, social, and intellectual growth, rather than just securing admission. Our career counsellors follow a systematic approach that involves identifying individual strengths, weaknesses, learning patterns, and interests using tools such as fingerprint testing, aptitude tests, IQ tests, or interest tests. Based on the results, the counsellor works with the individual to identify potential career choices and map out the pathway towards the desired goal, including choosing the right board, course, college, and job.

We understand the challenges our learners face, and we are committed to supporting them. Our Enrichment Programme focuses on inclusive education, to remove learning barriers and develop our learners' unique abilities, independence, and social skills. We have a dedicated team of counsellors and Special Educators. Counsellors render counselling sessions to our learners, parents, teachers, and staff. Special educators provide remedial support in reading, writing, and math. Our collaborative approach involves learners, parents, teachers, school heads, and specialized therapists in tailoring an education plan for each learner, ensuring their personal, social, and intellectual growth.

iPROPEL @ JBCN International School comprises a variety of progressive, skill-based programmes wherein the learning happens by design and not by default. Broadly classified across Innovation, Performing arts, Research and reasoning, Outreach, Physical fitness, Experiential learning and Leadership skills, every component of the programme is age-appropriate and aims to further augment the curriculum.

Skills acquired through iPROPEL are showcased through various culmination events such as InspirUs, Art Fest, Innovators Convention, Sports Fest and more, giving each learner a platform to exhibit skills acquired through the programme. Secondary learners will also be provided the option of enrolling for after school hours Clubs, in addition to the ones listed above. The various components of iPROPEL are:

At JBCN, we believe that children have individual abilities and are unique in their own way. Through our enrichment and mentoring programmes we aim to ensure that we are considering each child’s ability and encouraging them to excel in their natural abilities at the same time assisting children who may need that little bit of extra time.

Each school runs these programmes as per the individual requirements but it is our endeavor that when children come to us we are able to give them the best opportunities to grow and transform into individuals who will take their place in a global society.
