Neelu Kalro is a passionate and learner-centric education leader with over two decades of experience in holistic and skills-based education. Guided by her belief that “Empathy meets excellence,” she is deeply committed to building inclusive, future-ready learning environments that nurture learner growth, individualized learning pathways, teacher development, and collaborative leadership.

Her professional learning journey includes programmes from Harvard Business School Executive Education and Principals’ Training Center, along with certifications from International Primary Curriculum, University of Cambridge, and Trinity College London. Honoured with a Doctorate for her contributions to education, child safety, and inclusivity, she is also a certified Parenting Expert and SEL Ambassador, continuing to champion reflective practice, empathy-led leadership, and meaningful learning experiences that enable every learner to thrive with confidence and individuality.
