Admission Policy & Procedure:

Nursery1st January, 2019 to 31st December, 2019
Junior KG1st January, 2018 to 31st December, 2018
Senior KG1st January, 2017 to 31st December, 2017
Grade I1st January, 2016 to 31st December, 2016
Grade II onwards1st January, 2015 to 31st December, 2015
*Prior Grade completion certificate is mandatory for Junior KG onwards admissions.
The steps for the admission process are as described below:
  • JBCN International School welcomes all learners who identify with the vision, mission and philosophy of the school as part of its family.
  • Learners are eligible for admission to JBCN International only if they satisfy the school’s age eligibility criteria. Admission into the educational programme at each grade level is therefore based on each learner’s age.
  • Enquiry – To enable our school team to invite you to an info-session, we request parents to share details via the enquiry form here.
  • Info Session – Once you fill in the enquiry form , our admissions team will reach out to you for scheduling a virtual info session.
  • Infra Tour – Post an info-session, parents will be invited for a guided physical school tour. The physical school tour is optional. All the covid protocols are strictly followed and keeping this situation in mind, we do the school tours in smaller groups to maintain social distancing.
  • Admission Kit Purchase & Submission – Next step would be to initiate the admission process formalities by purchasing the Admission Kit. The Admission Kit comprises of an Online Application of Admission Form. Parents are required to fill the ‘Application for Admission’ form and submit the along with the required documents.
  • Learner Interaction – Thereafter, the Admission team will facilitate an Observation of the Child with the Academic Team.
  • Parent Interaction – The Parent will be invited for an Interaction with the Board Member.
  • Admission Offer Letter – Further to the interactions, the Admission Team will intimate the parents on the admission status of the Learner.
  • Fee Payment – Once your child has been granted admission, you will be required to confirm the seat by paying the applicable fees as advised by the Admissions Team within a period of 5 working days. On payment of the fees, you will be issued the receipt and email from the Admission Team which will confirm your child’s admission to the school.
