The JBCN Master Trainer Programme has been specially designed to identify and develop a special corps of Master Trainers within the JBCN teaching faculty & leadership members who are trained in the requisite skills and competencies to deliver approximately 72 custom-designed training modules in programmatic and administrative functional areas, to their colleagues within the organisation. It is a talent-development programme model for those with a passion or demonstrated capacity to train/coach/mentor their peers.
